Carp with vegetables - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 1 carp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 15 grams of butter
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 grams of tomato juice
  • 30 grams of water
  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • laurel
  • thyme 

Grease a ceramic oven dish with the butter and add the chopped  vegetables and the tomato juice.


Add the water and the carp on top of the vegetables. Add the laurel and the thyme.
Cover the tray with an aluminum sheet, and put it in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

You can also add the vegetables inside the fish.


Remove the aluminum sheet and let the fish in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes.
