Salted cheese puffs - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 70 grams of salted cheese
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 egg

Mix the yeast with the sugar and add it over the flour.
Continue adding 60 grams of melted butter, fresh cream, the egg, the milk and mix.

Add the bacon (previously fried) and cheese and mix.
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

Spread the dough on the table and brush the remaining melted butter over the entire dough.

Fold the dough...like in the photos.

Put the dough again in a warm place and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Repeat the operation (with the butter and folding the dough at least 3 times)

Finally spread the dough on the table and cut it finely in small squares.
Cut the dough with a form and let it rest in a warm place for another 20 minutes.

Put it in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes or until brown.

Enjoy!
