Autumn salad: grilled bell pepper with cheese, yogurt and shallots - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 4 grilled bell peppers
  • 100 grams of fresh cow cheese
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • 10-15 grams of bacon
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika



Mix the cheese with the yogurt and the olive oil.


Chop the shallots and the bacon.


Add the shallots, the bacon and the chopped bell pepper into the yogurt/cheese composition.


Add some salt, pepper and paprika according to your taste and mix.
