Homemade hummus - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of canned chickpeas
  • 60 grams of tahini
  • 3 spoons with water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 big lemon
  • olive oil 
  • salt (according to taste)

Use a plunger to mix the chickpeas with the garlic, the lemon juice, the water and the tahini. Add salt if necessary (the tahini we bought was already salted so we did not use additional salt).


Put the mixture it in a bowl and on top some olive oil, paprika or other spices you like.
